Abstract :
Community health service satisfaction evaluation is an important issue in the community health service management. But moreover evaluation indicators and objects will cause the higher expense of evaluation. In the paper, the rough set theory is applied to the evaluation of community health service satisfaction. First, to reduce the evaluation index, derived the key indicators, use the knowledge of classification principle to calculate the importance degree and weight of the key indicators, draw the ranking order of the evaluation object, then with the application of the decision rule reasoning into the community health service satisfaction degree evaluation, obtain the evaluation rules. On the one hand, it can reduce the too much cost of evaluation index it takes, on the other hand, it can reduce the complexity of the expert system knowledge base, and accelerate the speed of the reasoning of the expert system, thereby improve the timeliness of the evaluation.
