Abstract :
A design of frame transceiver of Multifunction Vehicle Bus Controller (MVBC) utilized by FPGA is proposed in this paper. Firstly at all, on the basis of analyzing the MVB communication mechanisms and characteristics, the algorithm of the MVBC frame transceiver core functions has been described by the VHDL language, such as Manchester encoder and decoder (CODEC), Cyclic Redundancy Check (CRC) and so on. Then, the transmitter module and receiver module have been designed. At last, the transmitting and receiving of MVB master frame and slave frame have been realized on FPGA.
