            Abstract : 
In this paper, transmission power control problem for uplink in mobile cellular network is investigated and a new autonomic uplink power control scheme was proposed based on stochastic differential game. It is proved that the non-cooperative differential game algorithm is applicable and the optimal power level can be achieved.
