Abstract :
Peak shift is the function to shift the daytime\´s mobile electronic device power demand to the nighttime. Peak shift application program controls "forced battery operation mode" and "disable battery charge mode" based on the time table. "Forced battery operation mode" is the status that EC turns off the AC adapter power line switch.mobile electronic device is switched from AC adapter power to battery power. Battery remaining capacity decreases during this mode. If the battery status reaches low battery, EC needs to switch battery power to AC adapter power automatically and wireless charging module. "Disable battery charge mode" is the status that EC disables the battery charge even though the AC adapter is attached and charge start condition is satisfied. "Forced battery operation mode" and "Disable battery charge mode" have the different time tables. These two modes can be controlled independently. This combo module with coil also provided near field communication (Felica or Mifare) technology performance. Subsequently, we develop a near-optimal solution and prove its performance guarantee.
