Risk management of the intellectual property in knowledge process outsourcing

In recent years, knowledge process outsourcing has gradually become an important means of enhancing the international competitiveness of enterprises all over the world. Knowledge process outsourcing is developing rapidly. Knowledge process outsourcing as a knowledge-intensive industry, has the characteristics of knowledge and expertise, and will inevitably involve the issue of intellectual property. The protection of intellectual property has a role to promote the development of knowledge process outsourcing. This paper mainly analyzes the risk of intellectual property in the process of knowledge process outsourcing from the risk identification, introduces the methods of risk measurement and analyzes the effecting factors of risks. Finally, it puts forward relevant measures of intellectual property risk control in knowledge process outsourcing.
