Abstract :
Based on construction principles of evaluation index systems, from the quantity, quality, structure and configuration of human resource, the paper designs the evaluation indicator systems of status of human resource. Then evaluates the status of human resource in China with factor analysis. At last, in accordance with the actual situation, it analysts the problems founded in the process of evaluation and puts forward specific recommendations.
