Abstract :
Through a study for the production process of product A in CY company. Using the Value Stream Mapping to find that irrational phenomenon of eight manufacturing waste existed in CY company such as too much too early, inventory, handling and so on. Lead into advanced production model such as Balance Production, Pull Production and Continuous Production to improve the production process, finally reducing the waste, thereby saving costs, improving productivity and customer satisfaction, making a good foundation for implement Lean Production for CY Company.
