Abstract :
Counselor job satisfaction is the work undertaken on their own and working environment factors such as an inner feelings and attitudes, namely job satisfaction status of all its subjective reflection. Only the correct understanding and effective solution to the college counselor job satisfaction condition to education and training and university students to play an active role in the development process. based on the physical — things — one (the WSR) system based on the empirical method to investigate the influence of counselor job performance factors, physical factors, reasonable factors, one factor is constructed and the relationship between job performance model. Research shows that: group work, ideological and political education and psychological work, students´ daily organization and management, career and employment guidance work are directly influence factors of college counselors work performance, work system of innovation, business quality and attitude, work ethic is the performance of college counselors work indirect influence factor.
