Abstract :
This paper focus on the car sale enterprise customer satisfaction evaluation. With the general acceptance of network technologies as well as the improvement of data collection and management, variety of internet data collection methods have been widely applied. Therefore, enterprises can be provided more directly and handy ways to obtain data by taking the network´s advantages, which are promptly, effectively, fast and convenient. The system framework has been set up after the analysis of customer satisfaction evaluation method and criteria. the customer according to the satisfaction evaluation for car sales pre-sales, sale and post-sales, making use of EC platform to evaluate customer satisfaction of different brands of cars, and displaying statistical results on the platform interface, establishing a information sharing platform of the customer satisfaction for customers automobile consumption.
