Abstract :
According to the theory of maintainability, the optimization of the maintenance parameters is researched. The quantitative maintainability evaluation method is given in the paper, which can evaluate the value of mean time to repair for mining system based on the maintenance time data of coalmine equipment. The interval estimation formula of mean time is derived to repair for coalmine equipment. The integration instance is given for the typical hydraulically operated equipment. This system will enhance the ability for equipment management, develop researching of maintenance. The maintainability criterion in this paper will provide a powerful data support for the maintainability design.
