Analysis on the securities industry and capital market development situation of Jilin Provinces

The securities industry in Jilin Province make great efforts to accelerate the pace of company listing, growth the ranks of listed companies, by going public through buying a shell and so on, a variety of ways to expand the size of direct finance. The paper is on the basis of the analyzed the status of the securities in Jilin Province; we use the principal component analysis, giving the score for the development of provincial securities.
