Abstract
This paper describes a novel OTA-based voltage attenuation technique for a very low Gm transconductor. An analysis of a noise spectrum of the proposed transconductor was given. The proposed transconductor can achieve very low Gm values (pA/V). The first order lowpass filter constructed from the proposed OTA is tunable from 0.2-29Hz with dynamic range, input referred noise, power consumption, and supply voltage of 70-73dB, 124-152μVrms and 112-190nW, and 2.5V, respectively.
