Abstract :
In a country that finds itself in the middle of a health service reform, Romania, there is an obvious need for both an efficient solution for improving the quality of medical services as well as a financing method adequate for balancing the relation between the health care provider - patient satisfaction - cost of service - final paymaster. Knowledge of the real costs of servicing in medical facilities collected and centralized in a standardized, transparent fashion based on legal established protocols is key to efficiently distributing the financial resources. Integration of the defining and modelling arguments of the e-Health processes that answers to an agreed-upon framework by all the participants of the health care system would facilitate communication between peers.
