Abstract
The aim of this study was to relate particular aspects of morphological and immunohistochemical alterations of apoptotic degeneration in patients with MC, CMD, MIC, IC. The morphologic and immunohistochemical analysis of subendocardiac bioptates was carried out to 201 patients with CM, DCM, ICM and IC with FC I-IV NYHA circulatory insufficiency. Phenomena of apoptopic degeneration of the cardiomyocytes were detected in all nosologic entities included in the study, except for the subacute myocarditis and the ones intermediary to the subacute and chronic forms. The percentage apoptopic index was: DCM - 2,19±0,82; CM - 2,21±0,81; ICM - 2,25±0,86 and reflects the seriousness of morphofunctional changes of the heart with the signaled pathologies.
