Abstract
Aid for trade(AFT) is an important part of normal Official Development Assistance, and mainly to help developing countries and regions, especially the least developed countries to improve production capability and the level of economic development. Since the implementation of AFT program in 2005, WTO, other international and regional organizations and many countries have paid more attention to this continent. WTO seems to be a bridge between the donors and recipients to improve the exchange of trade and the economic development. Africa is the second biggest continent in the world, but weak infrastructure, lack of hardware devices, and low production capacity restrict its economic development. Dose the implementation of AFT improve the living conditions and development level of African countries? The question needs further analysis.
