Abstract :
For the present study, we have successfully fabricated a novel cylinder-shaped device that is able to produce mono-dispersed plasma bubbles under atmospheric pressure and water environment. The generated plasma has characteristics of low temperature, which was generated by dielectric discharge barrier. Also, the plasma bubble has been successfully transported downstream with distance of 1.20 [cm].
