  • Abstract
We proposed the new method to assemble 3D cell structures using hysteresis character of thermoresponsive polymer solution. In this paper, we conducted cell culture inside thermoresponsive polymer solution to check whether cells can grow inside the gel. A ultra-low attachment flask was used to culture cells for preventing cell attachment on the surface and check the effect when cells were embedded inside the gel. Cell viability was checked using the fluorescent dye Calcein-AM after 1 week culture. The results validate that the cells can grow inside the thermoresponsive gel and the gel structure with cells can be used for 3D cell assembly.
