Abstract
A compact multiple input multiple output (MIMO) planar monopole antenna consisting of the combination of Koch and Minikowaski island fractals is presented. Impedance bandwidths (S11≤-10 dB) of 14% for band 1 (1.65 to 1.9 GHz) and 64% for band 2 (3.3 to 6.45 GHz) are achieved which cover multiple wireless communication bands. Measured results will be presented during the symposium.
