Abstract :
In this work we present optimized anisotropic mantle cloak designs working at the same frequency for both TE and TM polarizations. In addition, exploiting the properties of dual-polarization cloaking devices, we design a receiving antenna with high absorption efficiency for TM polarization and with a significant scattering reduction for TE waves. Compared to a traditional receiving element used in electric probes, our solution maintains an acceptable level of sensitivity with a very significant reduction of the total SCS, independently of the incident field.
