Abstract :
A planar antenna for use in an indoor MIMO communication system is designed according to the optimized result of an antenna synthesis algorithm for a capacity maximizing feature. The result is an antenna, which can transmit two orthogonal channels simultaneously. This paper describes in brief the antenna synthesis algorithm, the antenna design and the measurement verification.
