Abstract :
A novel structure in designing a digitally variable UWB phase shifter has been proposed and a 4 states (2 bit) UWB phase shifter has been analyzed and designed which can provide phase shift from 0 to 60 degree independent of frequency in 20 degree steps from 3.1 to 10.6GHz.
