Abstract :
In this paper, a Ka-SIW corporate fed DRA linear array is presented. Coupling to DRA elements is achieved through longitudinal slots that lead to horizontally-radiated fields. The simulated results using a transmission line model and full-wave solver are presented. The simulated results show that the longitudinal slot coupling exhibit higher gain/mutual coupling than that of transverse slot coupling presented previously.
