Abstract :
A new 1200 V CIPOS (Control Integrated Power System) module in DIL (Dual-in-line) package of transfer molded type with DCB (Direct Copper Bond), which combines with the features of Infineon trench field stop technology IGBT, fast reverse recovery diodes and optimized Infineon 1200 V gate driver IC (Integrated Circuit) to achieve the excellent solution has been developing for up to 7.5 kW motor drive applications by LS Power Semitech. This paper will provide an overall description for the new 1200V CIPOS module.
