The undersigned hereby assigns to EMO Chamber of Turkish Electrical Engineers - Bursa Section all rights under copyright that may exist to the above paper. This transfer includes the right to adapt the presentation of the paper for use in conjunction with computer systems and programs, including reproduction or publication in machine-readable form and incorporation in retrieval systems. The undersigned warrants that the paper is his or her original work, does not infringe on any existing copyrights, and has not previously been published in whole or in part. The undersigned warrants that he or she has full power and authority to enter into this agreement. The undersigned signs for and accepts responsibility for entering into this agreement on behalf of any and all co-authors.
