  • Abstract
This paper proposes a method of integrating the P2P communication system with the traditional cellular voice call communication system in the handset dialer application for providing a very cost optimized solution for making a voice call. Consider a scenario, where you are forced to make some few voice calls to the other members located say a few meters away. The solution proposed here helps reduce the call cost during those occasions by intelligently choosing the P2P communication system for communication whenever possible during the course of an ongoing voice call without compromising with the call quality.
