            Abstract : 
This paper consider the experts to participate in the project factors, based on eigen vector method of experts preference DEA model, and USES it to engineering relative benefit evaluation. A usual DEA model, experts preference DEA model not only has the advantages of the usually DEA model, but also can reflect the evaluation experts preferences. Through the analysis of numerical example results show that the model of engineering relative performance evaluation has its obvious advantages.
