  • Abstract
Classical TOPSIS method can´t incarnate the comparability between the different projects. This paper proposes an improved TOPSIS method based on the weighted grey relational coefficient. This method integrates the advantage of TOPSIS and grey relation analysis on the curve position and the curve trend. Firstly calculate the weighted grey relational coefficient and then to calculate its ideal point and the similarity degree. Considering the maneuverability and the simpleness of the existing weight method, this paper proposes G-AHP method which combines the multi-decision and AHP method. Finally this paper uses the above method to evaluate Chinese nine airways´ service quality and then compares the result with the classical TOPSIS method. The result indicates that the improved method can incarnate the requirement of calm and client prefer. And the result is consistent with the authority organization´s conclusion.
