Abstract :
The wavelength stabilization based on the digitally controlled thermal-drift canceler is proposed and experimentally demonstrated. The tunable distributed amplification (TDA-) DFB laser controlled by this canceler reaches the targeted wavelength within a microsecond and keeps it stably.
