Abstract :
Organic materials have advantages for simple fabrication by solution process such as printing technique. Solution processed organic devices have been studied using poly(alkyljluorene) derivatives. This study focused on fabrication of organic light-emitting diodes (OLEDs) including solution processed electrode and the increased photo sensitivity of solution-processed organic photodiodes (OPDs). Solution processed OLEDs with Ag nano-ink as cathode electrode have been successfully fabricated and highly efficient blue-light sensitive photodiodes have been successfully fabricated using poly(alkyljluorene) derivative and soluble hole transport materials.
