Abstract :
This paper proposes the use of unmanned vehicles as a means of improving security and emergency response in any high risk security zone. The unmanned vehicle consists of pneumatic controlled robotic arm; electronically controlled robotic arm; Handset Controlled Unmanned Ground Vehicle with Obstacle Detection Feature `dual-tone multiple frequency´ unmanned ground vehicle (DTMF UGV); Remote Controlled Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (Glider). In order to avoid more human casualties, the UGV proposed here will help to reduce law enforcement personnel and civilian casualties which are unquantifiable. Also, it may lead to the reduction of terrorism.
