Abstract :
The IEEE S3S Conference is a technical forum for the presentation and discussion of research results relating to semiconductor-on-insulator technology. The technical papers deal with a range of topics including materials preparation and characterization, device physics, modeling, circuit fabrication and applications. The Conference is sponsored by the Electron Devices Society of IEEE. In 2013 the IEEE International SOI Conference and the IEEE Subthreshold Microelectronics Conference co-located to create the IEEE S3S Conference.
