  • Abstract
    This paper took the college graduates as the research object in order to find the relationship between the psychological contract and turnover intention. The result revealed that the psychological contract consisted of economic motivation, contextual supports and development opportunity, contextual supports had remarkable inverse correlation with employees´ loyalty, economic motivation showed highly positive relationship with job satisfaction, development opportunity impacted on job satisfaction and job-hopping. At last, give some suggestions to reduce turnover.
