Preface

The 10th IEEE International Computer Conference on Wavelet Active Media Technology and Information Processing2013 (ICCWAMTIP2013) was held at University of Electronic Science and Technology of China (UESTC) in Chengdu on December 2013. To ensure the quality of the conference and proceedings, each paper was reviewed by different reviewers. After a thorough review process, the program committee academic committee selected final papers as regular papers and short papers. These papers cover wide range, such as wavelet analysis, active media technologies, information security, bioinformatics, sensor network, AI, BI, ANN, big data, cloud computing, Internet by things, and so on.
