Abstract :
We developed a planar tapered slot antenna on a thin polymeric substrate with low dielectric constant for terahertz-wave applications. The efficiency and the gain of this antenna are not degraded even for higher frequencies. Due to the ultra-broadband features, we demonstrate multiband terahertz wireless error-free communications at 1.5 Gbits/s for both 120 and 300 GHz bands.
