Abstract :
Distributed Generations (DGs) are typically connected with the distribution network, which can have an impact on the distribution system, especially on the distribution power control plan. The benefits of Volt-Var Control method vary as the penetration of DGs. In this paper, a coordinated Volt-Var Control Method based on rules is proposed to study the time-series effects of DGs on the distribution system with the detailed models of DGs and loads.
