Abstract :
A computation method of aerodynamic forces for inclined missile body was proposed. Seeing the local inclination of missile body as the additional angle of attack, the aerodynamic forces were firstly calculated using the slender body theory, then the results were revised using the viscous cross flow theory. Computation results indicate that this method is simple and convenient, and has a relatively higher computational precision, so it can be used as an effective engineering method for the aerodynamic forces computation of inclined missile body.
