Abstract
Explored a three-phased template-based approach to the DAC-TFM interaction. It also demonstrated that the use of templates is beneficial (in many cases, it lowers NAS users´ excess costs vs. current sectorization). The objectives are to develop DAC concepts that allocate airspace capacity in response to Wx events. Perform benefit analyses of concepts for DAC in response to Wx. Analyze interactions of TFM and DAC in response to Wx.
