Development of online collective continues quality improvement

Outcome Based Education (OBE) becomes trends among the universities as an approach improvement process of teaching and learning purposes. Continues Quality Improvement (CQI) is the element to implement the OBE system. The importance of CQI report of the courses is to make sure the outcomes are accessible and any unsatisfactory action can be overcome. However, the process of collecting data becoming tedious as the information needs to be compiling once. This paper presents an online OBE monitoring system using the client-server method which represented by Microsoft SQL server 2005. The graphical user interface, GUI based on Microsoft Visual C# 2010 is designed to create the interaction between server and instructor used to control activities of filling the CQI details. In conclusion, the CQI information stored based on computerized become more systematic and easier to handle through the network.
