Abstract :
Watersheds committees decisions making are usually complexes due to the need to consider many objectives and actors with different preferences. Therefore, this paper proposes a model for reducing conflicts in the watersheds committees using Strategic Choice Approach (SCA) for problem structuring and support in the decision-making process. The simulation shows that the model can be particularly useful in the face of uncertainties and environments that can minimize the conflicts in decision-making.
