Abstract
An improved integration method is proposed for estimation of stator flux in induction motor with error signals which are DC offsets and noise. The proposed method is able to solve the problem related with a pure integrator to estimate stator flux in induction motor for operating in a wide speed range. A drift is produced by integration of dc offset error present in the estimated stator flux because of DC offset in the measurement of phase current. The improved integration method solves the inherent problem of the pure integrator and removes the noise of the measured phase current.
