Abstract
The rapid growth in the field of cloud computing has increased severe resource management concerns. Resource management has remained a constant issue in the computing systems. Inefficient resource management would lead to Dead Lock and henceforth result in Disaster. A recent research study indicates that there is a low business performance due to lack of disaster management in the computing model. This paper presents an efficient load balancing technique to control Disaster. Throttled algorithm is applied for load balancing where the system performance comparison is performed with and without the Load balancer. Throttled algorithm is implemented by employing the Cloud Analyst tool. The simulation results obtained depicts a better resource sharing and management with minimum overall response time, processing time and a better throughput.
