Chairman´s message: General chair, ICOS, ICWiSe and IC3e 2013

I would like to take this opportunity in this space to welcome all participants, guests, and keynote speakers to the IEEE Computer Society Parallel Conference. This parallel conference consists of four concurrent conferences, three of which are organized and sponsored by IEEE Computer Society Malaysia, namely; IEEE Conference on Open Systems (ICOS2013), IEEE Conference on e-Learning, e-Management and e-Services (IC3e2013) and IEEE Conference on Wireless Sensors (ICWiSe2013). The other conference; the International Conference on Interactive Digital Media (ICIDM2013) is organized by Universiti Technology Malaysia (UTM) and technically co-sponsored by IEEE Computer Society Malaysia.
