Abstract
Based on the structure of networked control systems, this paper employs a linear mathematic model with random delay and packet losses. The stochastic optimal control strategy of this NCS model is analyzed to guarantee the stability of system under the influence of random delay and packet losses. The effectiveness of this algorithm is verified by a numerical simulation of a position servo system. The response curves of system states also represent the threshold range of packet losses rate.
