Abstract :
We investigated impressions of music that improves typewriting work performance. Typical impressions of music were selected by impression evaluation experiment, and music used in this study was rated with the impression. We carried out typewriting experiment with music hearing. Some biosignals were also measured to monitor participant´s condition. As a result, “cheerful” of positive impression and “easy” of calm impression were effective for keeping typewriting performance as at beginning. Such effect was observed in latter half of long-sustained typewriting task. In addition, stress reaction was decreased with the music impression since saliva amylase activating variation decreased.
