Abstract :
The paper studies the method of assembly simulation for integrated prefabricated house. By constructing the 3D models of the house in CATIA, it elaborates the method of integrated house simulation in DELMIA, and also introduces the application of ergonomics in assembly simulation. With an example of an integrated house assembly simulation, the paper discusses the main contents and steps of integrated assembly simulation for the prefabricated house, which not only tests the feasibility of the structure design, but also provides assembly workers with guidance documents.
