  • Abstract
    In the reconstruction of digital city buildings, this paper introduce the basic principle of 3D laser scanning briefly firstly, the paper focus on data process ,methods and process of abstracting key points of construction from 3D laser scan data. By measuring the points cloud of 3D laser scanning , a construction contour model has been built with the Sketchup software, which will offer a good exploration for application of 3D laser scan in the course of 3D city buildings reconstruction.
