Asset management as change management: A case study from a railway infrastructure manager

Railway infrastructure manager of Infrabel is working to improve and develop their asset management. Infrabel owns, manages and operates Belgium´s railway network and infrastructure. Infrabel is needing to deliver more capacity at higher levels of quality with limited resources. It has set up an integrated asset management and smarter maintenance programme to lead the change.
