Abstract
We propose a coordinated multicell beamforming technique based on various quality of services (QoS) constraints and interference leakage constraints. Accordingly, we consider a subset of base stations (BSs) cooperatively designs beamformers and allocates power to the users in their cells while ensuring interference leakage to users in certain other cells is below a specific threshold. In particular, we consider an intelligent optimization framework to address the mixed quality of services constraints for real time (RT) and non-real time (NRT) users respectively based on signal-to-interference-plusnoise ratio (SINR) target constraints and SINR balancing criterion. The problem is solved using uplink-downlink SINR duality and the performance is verified using a semidefinite programming (SDP) method.
