Abstract
According to many countries´ research of the bottom of the polar ice shelves, a real-time online measuring system for aperture has been designed and realized. This system is the key to place ocean observing instruments, such as CTD and ADCP, on the bottom of the ice shelf successfully and accurately. The measuring system consists of a detection board based on STM32F103 and a displacement sensor based on the principle of magnetic induction, which is combined with engineering fitting method. The experimental results show that the measuring system is safe, reliable and high precision.
