Abstract
Since the 21st century, with the rapid development of science and technology, the integrated circuit has become more and more complicated, and mixed-signal integrated circuit becomes the mainstream of the integrated circuits. The research of the model of the mixed-signal integrated circuit has also become the hot research topic. But a large number of mixed-signal integrated circuit models have different disadvantages and limitations. This paper put forward a new type of mixed-signal integrated circuit model, and the new model is mixed-signal integrated circuit model that based on Verilog - AMS, it is used to solve some shortcomings and limitations of the current model. The thesis analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of the current mixed-signal integrated circuit model, and put forward some requirements for the mixed-signal integrated model. Then it was through the method of Verilog - AMS to establish its behavior model, finally the behavior model had simulation verification. Through the simulation verification, it learned that this model could solve the shortcomings and limitations of the mixed-signal integrated circuit model, and it provided the theoretical support for the research of mixed-signal integrated circuit.
